An Andon Board System is a modular system which gathers information about production efficiency and displays it on large plasma or LCD displays. The system can display and memorise key performance indicators (KPIs), including overall equipment efficiency (OEE), productivity, availability, non-operativity, rejects, wait times and production cycle times.
The system provides automatic notification of all production process interruptions with light columns, sirens, monitors, Pcs, HMIs, PDAs, smartphones, and via email or SMS.
